Prateik Babbar

Biography:

Prateik Babbar is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi films. He is the son of actors Raj Babbar and Smita Patil.Prateik Babbar was born on November 28, 1984, in Mumbai, India. He made his acting debut in the 2008 film “Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na”. He has since starred in a number of films, including “Dhobi Ghat” (2010), “Aarakshan” (2011), “Bombay Talkies” (2013), and “Bareilly Ki Barfi” (2017).

Babbar has received several awards for his acting, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance in “Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na”. He is also a recipient of the Screen Award for Best New Actor – Male for the same film.

Babbar is married to singer and actress Priya Banerjee. They have one son together.
