India Lockdown

Story:

Madhur Bhandarkar is the director of the 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film India Lockdown, which is produced by P J Motion Pictures, Pen India Limited, and Bhandarkar Entertainment. Shweta Basu Prasad, Aahana Kumra, Prateik Babbar, Sai Tamhankar, Prakash Belawadi, and Saanand Verma make up the ensemble cast of the movie. The 52nd International Film Festival of India was to host the movie’s world premiere. On December 2, 2022, the movie was released commercially on ZEE5. The film explores the effects of the COVID-19 shutdown in India and the difficulties faced by the populace.  The film tells four parallel stories: a pilot, a poor migrant worker, a sex prostitute and her issues, and a father-daughter couple stuck in different towns.
