TheatreYuva is a Hindi-language political drama directed by Mani Ratnam, simultaneously filmed in Tamil as Aayutha Ezhuthu. Released on 21 May 2004, Yuva garnered critical acclaim, winning six awards at the 50th Filmfare Awards, including Best Film (Critics), Best Supporting Actor (Bachchan), and Best Supporting Actress (Mukerji). The film was a significant milestone for Abhishek Bachchan, who also won the Stardust Award for Actor of the Year – Male for his role.
