Story:

A forthcoming action thriller film in Tamil, Vidaamuyarchi is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Lyca Productions is the production company run by Subaskaran Allirajah. Ajith Kumar, Regina Cassandra, Arjun Sarja, Trisha Krishnan, and Arav are also featured in the movie. Breakdown, a 1997 American film directed by Jonathan Mostow, is the basis for this adaptation.

At first, it was confirmed that Vignesh Shivan will direct Ajith’s 62nd movie. Thirumeni, however, eventually took his post. The official title and the movie were revealed in May 2023. In October 2023, principal photography got underway. The majority of the filming took place in Azerbaijan, and it was finished by late October 2024. Anirudh Ravichander created the film’s music, Om Prakash and Nirav Shah handled the cinematography, and N. B. Srikanth edited it. The global premiere of Vidaamuyarchi is set for January 2025, which also happens to be Pongal.

In pursuit of his missing ex-wife, a guy journeys into a notorious desert region only to discover a perilous network run by a vicious mobster. Dark secrets that endanger both his life and the delicate equilibrium of the criminal underworld are revealed as his personal quest swiftly devolves into a high-stakes struggle for survival.
