Biography:

Devi Ajith is an Indian actress, dancer, and television personality who has made a name for herself in the Malayalam film industry. She is widely recognized for her roles in films like “Trivandrum Lodge” and “Immanuel.” Additionally, she has appeared in a short film titled “Virgin Road.” Alongside her successful entertainment career, Devi has been running a boutique named Scarlet in Thiruvananthapuram for the past two decades, demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit.

Originally hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Devi began her career with Asianet, where she anchored the program “Pattupetty.” She is the daughter of esteemed professors V. Ramachandran Nair and S. Lalithambika Devi. Devi’s personal life has seen its share of challenges and joys. She got married at the young age of 19 to Ajith Kumar, a producer known for the film “The Car” (1997). Tragically, her husband lost his life in a car accident in 1997, leaving her a young widow. Devi and Ajith Kumar have a daughter, Nandana Ajith, who was born in 1993. Nandana currently works as a digital analyst in Milan, Italy. In 2021, Devi had the joy of witnessing her daughter’s wedding, marking a special moment in her family’s life journey.
