“Shivam” is a 2015 Indian Telugu-language romantic action comedy film directed by Sreenivasa Reddy and produced by Sravanthi Ravi Kishore under the banner of Sri Sravanthi Movies. The film features Ram Pothineni and Raashi Khanna in leading roles and is accompanied by a musical score composed by the renowned Devi Sri Prasad.

The film’s soundtrack, filled with tunes created by Devi Sri Prasad, made its audio debut on September 12, 2015, with the audio rights being secured by Aditya Music. This launch generated a fair amount of anticipation and excitement among fans.

Suresh Kavirayani from the Deccan Chronicle echoed a similar sentiment with a rating of 2.5 out of 5. He observed that the film’s music, while occasionally shot beautifully in picturesque locations, served as a brief reprieve in an otherwise unremarkable cinematic experience.

Sangeetha Devi Dundoo of The Hindu was candid in her assessment, labeling the film as lengthy, tedious, and lacking the comedic charm needed to redeem it.

In essence, “Shivam” seemed to have fallen short of its potential, despite its promising ingredients, such as a talented cast and the musical prowess of Devi Sri Prasad. The film’s inability to deliver a compelling narrative and engage its audience resulted in a lukewarm response from both critics and viewers alike.
