Gopi Sundar composed the music, Nizar Shafi handled cinematography, and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao managed editing. The worldwide release took place on September 13, 2018. The plot revolves around Chaitanya, known as “Chaitu,” the son of a proud businessman whose arrogance disrupts his sister Shanti’s planned marriage.
Chaitu falls in love with Anu Reddy, an artist, and despite their fear that his father will disapprove, Anu’s strong-willed attitude impresses him. During an event, Chaitu boldly declares their intention to marry, surprising everyone. However, complications arise when Anu’s uncle appears and takes Shanti away. It is revealed that Anu’s mother, Shailaja Reddy, is a dominating village leader who employs vigilantism and influence to punish wrongdoers and elevate her people’s status.
Shailaja had aspired for Anu to become a doctor to offer free medical care to village women, contrary to Anu’s desire to pursue art. The rift between mother and daughter persists for five years. Chaitu is tasked with bringing Shanti back and marrying her on the day his father pledges to preserve his pride. Anu, not wanting to disclose her romance to Shailaja, prompts Chaitu and his assistant Chari to adopt the roles of a benevolent Samaritan and a doctor planning to establish a hospital in the village.
Through strategic maneuvers, they gradually alleviate the tensions between mother and daughter. However, they face the dual challenges of Chaitu’s father’s ultimatum and Shailaja’s plan to marry Anu to a doctor on the same day. As Shailaja is about to accept Anu, rivals of Chaitu’s father intervene, revealing their love and his promise.
Enraged, Shailaja expels Chaitu from the village. Yet, when she is attacked by vengeful abusers, Chaitu returns to protect them. Anu’s act of using her dupatta to dress Shailaja’s wound surprises everyone. Upon returning home, Chaitu admonishes them for their arrogance and Shailaja for not recognizing her daughter’s career choices.
The following day, Chaitu’s father receives a call from Shailaja, announcing Shanti’s impending marriage. Infuriated, he rushes to intervene but is halted by Shailaja, who discloses her acceptance of Chaitu as her son-in-law and acknowledges her mistakes. Chaitu then reveals that he convinced Shailaja to delay the marriage until they could secure his father’s blessing. Humbled, Chaitu joins the celebrations, and both marriages are agreed upon.
