Ruler

Story:

Ruler is a 2019 Telugu-language action drama film from India, directed by K. S. Ravikumar, produced by C. Kalyan under the banners of CK Entertainments & Happy Movies, and starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, Vedhika, Sonal Chauhan, and Bhumika Chawla. Chirantan Bhatt wrote the music for the film.Critics gave the movie negative reviews, and it was a commercial bust.

When the movie starts in 1987, Uttar Pradesh’s crime rate is at its highest. Veerandranath Tagore, the minister of agriculture, proposes a resolution to promote farming on the grounds that ending hunger can lower crime. 500 farmers from Combined Andhra Pradesh, led by the sage Seetaramaiah, are summoned by him. They are given 5000 acres of land by the government to lease for 30 years, after which it will become their property.

As the years pass, business magnate Sarojini Naidu moves closer to Uttar Pradesh in order to establish her new manufacturing facility. She sees a stranger who has been stabbed numerous times while travelling. After Sarojini Naidu admits him to the hospital, she follows him to the intensive care unit (ICU) a minute later because he is having a heart attack. Here, Sarojini Naidu’s brother-in-law Durga Prasad poses a significant threat to her, but the stranger appears out of nowhere to wake her up and save her.

Sandhya, who has been depicted as Arjun Prasad’s romantic interest in the past, complains when the government forms a special judiciary committee. Unfortunately, Bhavaninath Tagore distorts the story by threatening the locals and saying Sandhya is crazy when they arrive. Simultaneously, Arjun Prasad discloses that Bhavaninath Tagore, who also degraded Sarojini Naidu, has put the Uttar Pradesh project in danger. Arjun Prasad is now furious and rants against Bhavaninath Tagore, resuming his plant. Then Arjun Prasad’s blood runs cold at the sight of Bhavaninath Tagore’s goons attacking him. All of the Telugu villagers rush to him at the same time and declare him to be Dharma.
