Biography:

Shataf Figar, an Indian actor, has been involved in various film projects. His filmography includes titles such as Shershaah, 89, Kolkata Calling, Dark Chocolate, Chorabali, Khoj, Cockpit, Made in China (2019), and Extraction (2020). He also featured in the 2022 film Raavan.

Shataf Figar initiated his film career with Kolkata Calling in 2014. He also acted in Brahman Naman, a 2016 Indian comedy film directed by Qaushiq Mukherjee. This movie was part of the World Cinema Dramatic Competition section at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and was globally released on Netflix on July 7, 2016. He was also involved in an advertisement campaign for West Bengal Tourism, alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Additionally, he marked his entry into Telugu cinema with the movie Ruler, where he played the main antagonist.

In 2023, Shataf Figar assumed the role of Ratan/Daata in the Bollywood film Gaslight.
