Prananiki Pranam

Story:

The 1990 Telugu action movie Prananiki Pranam was directed by Chalasani Rama Rao and produced by D. Vijaya Saradhi under the Harish Enterprises banner. It features Rajani and Nandamuri Balakrishna, with music by Chakravarthy.

Plot
The movie opens with Raja, an orphan raised by his romantic partner, Nagu Dada, the kingpin of the netherworld. He despises his strange mother because, shortly after giving birth, she threw him in the trash. Raja is Dada’s ardent supporter, and Rasool is his opponent; the dangerous gang war rages on.

A woman of integrity named Justice Jayanti Devi arrives in the town. Raja once saves her from harm’s way when they develop an unidentified link. Dada is shocked to learn that Raja is Jayanti Devi’s son.

A quarter of a century ago, Giri, the son of Nagu Dada, beats a fellow college student, and Gayatri Devi decides to hang him.In retaliation, Dada kidnapped Raja, raised him with a lack of affection, and painted his mother as a devil.

Raja simultaneously crushes Lalitha, Jayanti Devi’s niece, against her will because Raja is Nagu Dada’s foster. In light of this, Dada poses as reformed and ends his evil deeds on Raja’s behalf.

After some time, Dada’s former follower Bahadoor mingles with Rasool and casts evil spells against him. Raja on fire then rebels and issues a death challenge. Taking advantage of it, Nagu Dada kills Bahadoor and implicates Raja. Raja believes Rasool is going to attack him in that situation, but after learning of his goodness, they become friends.

Later, Raja surrenders on Jayanti Devi’s suggestion, but she sentences him to death based on the testimony of witnesses. Nevertheless, he escapes with Rasool’s assistance. Then, when Raja reprimands Jayanti Devi, Nagu Dada tells her the truth and declares to Jayanti Devi to be his mother.

In the following phase, Rasool sacrifices his life to expose Dada’s demonic side and his mother’s holiness in front of Raja. Finally, Raja stops Dada and begs his mother’s forgiveness. The marriage of Raja and Lalitha brings the film to a joyful conclusion.
