A devoted follower of Lord Shiva, Kanti Sharan Mudgal runs a store near the city’s well-known Mahakaal temple. He is informed that his son Vivek had been up all night masturbating until he fainted when he is called to the hospital one day. According to Vivek’s acquaintance, Vivek got insecure as a result of being teased about the size of his penis. Masturbating will make it bigger, Vivek was informed.
Kanti is informed by the school’s chairman, Atal Nath Maheshwari, about a recent video that purports to show Vivek masturbating in the restroom. Vivek is dismissed from school and labeled a sexual deviant because of the negative impact this is having on the school’s reputation. Since the incident is damaging their holy reputation, Kanti’s buddy Pandey Ji, a wealthy priest at the temple, suggests that he leave town. The entire neighborhood, including Kanti’s wife and daughter, sees the footage. Society starts to embarrass them and continuously make fun of them. Devastated, Kanti begs Lord Shiva for assistance, and he does come.
Following a police report against Vivek for attempting to face his bully, The One meets Vivek and Kanti at the police station, where he consoles Vivek and claims to be there to file a complaint about his lost bag. Vivek makes two attempts to end his life, but The One saves him. As they prepare to leave town, he runs into Kanti and assures him that his son did nothing improper, adding that not all private actions are improper or pornographic, but that he went too far nevertheless. The school has responsibility for perpetuating the stigma associated with sex and for not offering adequate sex education. He suggests that Kanti bring a lawsuit against the medical staff and the institution.
In addition to himself, Kanti brings a lawsuit against the school, the chemists, the doctor, the nurse, and the janitor. By showing numerous papers to support his position, he argues in court that Indian culture has always been open to discussions about sex, despite the fact that he is endorsing vulgarity and pornography by defending his son’s behavior. Since this will damage their holy reputation, Pandey Ji requests that Kanti vacate his assigned home and store.
According to opposition attorney Kamini Maheshwari, Kanti is concealing his son’s obscene behavior with all of this. Kanti contends that his son wouldn’t have been so ignorant if the school had taught sex. The One frequently stops by to indirectly advise Kanti on how to proceed with the case.
To demonstrate that the school is honorable, Kamini summons a prostitute to court whose son attends the same institution. The prostitute responds negatively when Kanti asks if she ever enjoys her job. According to Kanti, young boys would understand how to respect women and their hearts if they were taught about sex in school. He calls her a courageous teacher and mother and bows down to her.
As the case progresses, Kanti raises concerns about rape, pornography, medication interventions, and the significance of safeguarding oneself from abuse or false information. The judge allows Kanti additional time and ultimately adjourns the hearing after becoming convinced by her study. As a result, Kanti faces criticism and lawsuits from all over the country. The chairman of the institution offers him one crore to reopen his case. Kanti signs the contract in distress, worried about the legal action that will be taken.
He apparently dies after being involved in an accident. When The One meets him in the hospital, he criticizes his choice to lose faith before revealing himself as Lord Shiva’s envoy. When Pandey Ji’s granddaughter discloses that she was abused by her uncle as a result of Kanti’s case being shown on television, he shows Kanti that his efforts had paid off. After realizing his error, Kanti is brought back to life. He is teleported to court by The One.
Vivek makes his first appearance at the final hearing and uses his study to demonstrate how the British Empire changed India’s educational system, which at the time included sex education. After that, a number of children—including Vivek’s friends—demand sex instruction, leaving Kamini dumbfounded. The judge ultimately decides in favor of Kanti based on strong evidence, and he wins the case. The education board is instructed to make sex education mandatory in schools, reimburse Kanti, and take stringent measures against his bullies in addition to allowing Vivek to return to school.
Instead of offering the temple to the One, Kanti presents him to his family as “the doctor who treated him” and gives Him all the money. The One then begs Vivek to keep the missing bag with him after revealing that it was his. After stating that he has another patient to see, he leaves a joyful Kanti with hands in prayer.
