TheatreA biographical historical drama film in Hindi called Emergency will soon be produced and directed by Kangana Ranaut, with a screenplay by Ritesh Shah and a scenario by Ranaut. Ranaut plays former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the film, which is based on the Indian Emergency. Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry, and Milind Soman all have significant roles in the movie.
Production
Beginning in July 2022 and ending in January 2023 was the principal photography. It represents Satish Kaushik’s posthumous film after his passing on March 8, 2023. The movie is slated for a feb 2024 theatrical debut.
