Tarun Raj Arora

Biography:

Indian actor and model Tarun Arora gained notoriety for his depiction of Anshuman, Geet’s annoying lover, in the well-known Hindi film Jab We Met (2007).In February 2011, he and his brother Himesh Arora opened Love Shack, a lounge bar with a Goan theme, in Bangalore. The brothers previously shared ownership of Tandoori Hippie, a North Indian eatery in Bangalore; however, for some reason, it was forced to close.Tarun was named the Gladrags Manhunt Contest’s 1998 victor. He then started a modeling career, walking the runway for several different fashion houses.

While attending a hotel management school in Bangalore, Tarun Arora started modeling. In 1998, he was the Gladrags Manhunt winner. Later, he appeared in commercials for companies including Raymond, Westside, Kwality Walls, McDowell’s whisky, and LG. He also walked the catwalk for many fashion houses. He also had an appearance in Hans Raj Hans’ music video for “Dil Chori.”

In Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi, Arora made his Bollywood debut in 1999. The 2004 movie Hawas featured him in his first significant role. He appeared in many low-budget movies during the following three years, including Sheen (2004), 19 Revolutions (2004), Men Not Allowed (2006), and Ghuttan (2007). He appeared in the 2007 movie Jab We Met as Kareena Kapoor’s lover, who rejects her and then comes back only to be rejected himself. The movie was a huge success at the box office. He made two film appearances in 2009: 2 and Love Guru. He got appreciation for his performance in the 2016 movie Kanithan, and in the Chiranjeevi starrer Khaidi No. 150 (2017), he played the major antagonist.
