Actor, comedian, and mimicry artist Shiva Reddy has appeared in more than a hundred Telugu movies. In Ramagundam, Karimnagar in Telangana State, India, he was born in 1972. He was the family’s fifth son; his mother worked as a homemaker, and his father is a farmer. Siva used to mimic and perform for his teachers and the principal during the school day. When the audience enjoyed his performance, it made him feel more connected to his calling. He moved to Chennai after finishing his tenth grade so he could work in films. Everyone, however, cautioned him to hold off until he reaches the appropriate age. Later, he traveled to Warangal and was offered a job with Doordarshan.
Siva was supported by late fork artist Sri Sarangapani Garu, who invited him to all of his performances. As a result, he gave numerous performances in Garu’s shows and eventually gained the admiration of the residents of Warangal District. Siva was invited to tell some humorous stories to filmmaker Sana Yadi Reddy when they first met. He was impressed and offered Siva the chance to act in all of his film projects, including 1999’s Bachelors.
Along with performing on the big screen, Siva also had the opportunity to work on numerous television programs, including Comedy Gang, Jalsa, Chittam Chittam Praya Chittam, Koteswara Rao, and Gharshana Dance Show. For his role in Athade Oka Sainyam, Siva won the Vamsi-Berkeley award. He also won the Bharathamuni Award for Ammayi Kosam, among other honors.
Despite his lack of popularity as a film actor, Siva is working hard to establish himself in the business. He spent his childhood imitating others, and dancing has always been his love. Now he is succeeding on stage. He adores Rajendra Prasad’s filmography.
