Biography:

Bhav Dhulia is an Indian film and TV show director who works mainly in Hindi digital entertainment. He started his career as an assistant and associate director, contributing to popular movies like Shagird (2011), Force (2011), Paan Singh Tomar (2012), Lai Bhaari (2014), Drishyam (2015), Rocky Handsome (2016), and Madaari (2016). Working with film directors such as Tigmanshu Dhulia and Nishikant Kamat, he got the opportunity to build a good base of action and character-oriented stories before becoming a director.

Bhav Dhulia made his debut as a director in the crime drama movie Rangbaaz (2018) on the platform ZEE5, which was appreciated for the gritty depiction of crime and politics of Uttar Pradesh. After that, he directed the web series Khakee: The Bihar Chapter (2022), created by Neeraj Pandey, which was praised for its realistic and engrossing story of police and their operations. Then, he directed the Disney+ Hotstar’s web series The Freelancer (2023), which is based on the book of Shirish Thorat named A Ticket to Syria, proving his skill of handling large-scale action as well as emotional stories.
