Prema Sandadi

Story:

“Prema Sandadi,” a 2001 Telugu romantic action film written and directed by P. A. Arun Prasad, stars Srikanth and Anjala Zhaveri. The movie shares a title resemblance with “Pelli Sandadi” (1996), another film starring Srikanth. Koti is the composer of the film’s music. Despite its release on October 19, 2001, the film did not fare well at the box office.

Plot

In the region of Rayalaseema, ongoing conflict persists between two rival factions led by Raghupati Rayudu and Chengal Rayudu. This animosity transcends generations, with their younger brothers Subba Rayudu and Venkatrayudu continuing the feud.

Krishna, the son of Subba Rayudu, has completed his MBA in the United States. Upon his return to his homeland, he encounters Sita, another MBA graduate from Visakhapatnam. Initially indifferent to each other, their paths cross, and a misunderstanding arises when Samara Simha Reddy falsely informs their families that they are in love.

Despite the historical enmity between their fathers, who represent opposing sides of the feud, both Raghupati Rayudu and Chengal Rayudu decide to support their children, even though Krishna and Sita initially show little interest in each other. Over time, Krishna’s feelings toward Sita evolve, and she, too, reciprocates, eventually leading to a genuine love between them.
