Madhusudhana Rao, often known as Chinnababu (Chiranjeevi), is an aspiring football player who aspires to play for his nation. Additionally, Chinnababu is Narasimham’s youngest son (J. V. Somayajulu).
Chinnababu harbors feelings for Priyadarshani (Bhanupriya), his neighbor and childhood buddy. Chinnababu’s enthusiasm for football blossoms in spite of his father’s attempts to discourage him, and his coach pushes him to play in leagues. Priyadarshani encourages him to pursue his goals in life.
When Chinnababu’s younger sister gets married, the marriage is arranged, but not with enough money. Narasimham requests assistance from his sons. However, his sons refuse any assistance because their wives rule them. Narasimham attempts to sell his house out of frustration.
However, Chinnababu abruptly stops him and gives him money, claiming that it was given by his older sister. Without Chinnababu’s presence, his sister’s marriage proceeds without any interruptions. When his older sister shows up after the marriage, she disputes having sent any money.
Later, to their surprise and astonishment, Chinnababu’s family finds out that he sent the money he received for the donation of one kidney to rescue the heir of a wealthy man. Narasimham is grateful to his son for his timely house rescue and for not even giving a damn about his football career.
