A Mandya villager named Paandappa, also known as Paandu, chooses to sacrifice a male sheep to commemorate the discovery of a match for his daughter Jyothi. When the sheep refuses to cooperate, things get chaotic and a number of unexpected incidents occur, which constitute the main plot point.
