Story:

Premistava, the Telugu version of the Tamil film Nesippaya, is set to hit the screens on January 30, 2025, under the distribution of Mythri Movie Distributors LLP. Starring Aditi Shankar and newcomer Akash Murali, the film also features R Sarathkumar, Prabhu, and Khushbu Sundar in pivotal roles.

Originally released during Pongal, Nesippaya was directed by Vishnuvardhan, known for Panjaa featuring Pawan Kalyan. This romantic action thriller now makes its way to Telugu audiences, promising an engaging blend of drama, romance, and intense storytelling.

Plot

This gripping story follows Arjun and Diya, whose love story takes a tragic turn when Diya moves to Portugal for work, leading to a painful breakup. Seven years later, Arjun, now a successful entrepreneur, learns that Diya has been arrested for the murder of Karthik Adhinarayanan, the son of a powerful businessman.

Determined to prove her innocence, Arjun rushes to Portugal, facing multiple hurdles, including an uncooperative witness, dangerous encounters with hired goons, and a complex web of deceit. Through relentless efforts, he uncovers a conspiracy involving Karthik’s father, Adhinarayanan, and his associate Varadharajan, who manipulated events to cover up Karthik’s secret relationship and maintain control over their empire.

With the help of lawyer Indira, Arjun pieces together the truth, revealing that Adhinarayanan and Varadharajan orchestrated Karthik’s murder and framed Diya. The revelation leads to Adhinarayanan’s downfall, while Diya is finally exonerated. Though Arjun faces imprisonment for his drastic measures, he is eventually freed, leading to a heartfelt reunion with Diya.
