Because they are at odds with Sadhana, the girl who lives next door, Pattas and his pal Puncture rob a mixed martial arts (MMA) school. In the meantime, the owner of the MMA academy, Nilapparai “Nilan,” is being followed by Kanyakumari “Kanya,” a freed prisoner, who knows him as her son Shakthi.
However, Kanya encounters Pattas and decides to stop him. Nilan discovers Kanya is attempting to murder her and makes a fruitless attempt to apprehend her. Sadhana unknowingly sets Kanya up under Nilan’s orders when she arrives to meet Pattas and then abandons her to face violence. Kanya is set to be killed by the thugs when they get to her place, but Shakthi saves her and finds out about his background.
To no result, Nilan and his friends attempt to enlist Adimurai pupils in kickboxing. Nilan and Dhiraviyaperumal engage in combat after a brawl breaks out between Nilan’s brother-in-law and a child, with Dhiraviyaperumal emerging victorious.
Furious, Nilan murders Muthaiah Asaan and contaminates the academy’s food, harming employees, instructors, and pupils. With the aid of his allies, Nilan destroys the academy, massacres any survivors, and burns Dhiraviyaperumal alive. Kanya watches this and escapes with Shakthi. As they flee from Nilan’s friends, Kanya kills one of them fiercely, infuriating Shakti. The local police observe this and detain Kanya. Kolusu finds Shakthi, and he is taken in as Pattas.
At the moment, Pattas vows retaliation and signs up for Nilan’s mixed martial arts competition. Kanya instructs Pattas in the Adimurai art. On the day of the fight, Nilan pits Pattas against a Thai prisoner. Although Pattas overcomes him, the prisoner stabs Pattas in the right shoulder.
Nevertheless, because he is ambidextrous, Pattas battles and prevails over the following opponent. Richard declines Nilan’s request to kill Pattas using unethical means, costing the team the match.
After listening in on Nilan, Sadhana notifies Pattas, but she gets knocked into a glass table. Sadhana is hurried to the hospital as a result. Nilan issues Pattas a challenge to combat. Following a brawl, Pattas overcomes Nilan to take the title. Subsequently, when Pattas delivers a speech on the significance of Adimurai, Dhiraviyaperumal’s dream of Adimurai being a national sport in Tamil Nadu is realized when the sport is recognized as a sport by the Tamil Nadu Sports Ministry.
