Story:

Chandra Sekhar Yeleti is the director of the 2007 Telugu-language action thriller Okkadunnadu, which translates to “There is one man.” Gopichand and Neha Jhulka play the lead roles in the movie, while Mahesh Manjrekar plays the antagonist. Cherry produced the movie under the name “Clap Productions,” and M. M. Keeravani wrote the music.

The movie opened in theatres on March 3, 2007. It did well at the box office and garnered favourable reviews from critics.

Arriving in Mumbai, Kiran goes through Gautami, a real estate agent, to sell his guest house. He receives a request for assistance from an ailing gangster named Sona Bhai who shares the Bombay blood group after he helps a man in need. Sona’s nephew informs Kiran in confidence that he will be killed when Kiran goes to give blood. After a sedative-induced Kiran nods off, Sona’s blood pressure spikes uncontrollably in the operating room, prompting the doctors to postpone the procedure until the following day. When Kiran awakens, Jayadev orders her to donate first and then depart the following day. However, Kiran fights off all the goons and flees, much to the dismay of Sona.

Later, Sona’s nephew gets in touch with Kiran to inform him that Sona Bhai wants his heart to be transplanted, not just his blood. Also, he orders him to depart from Mumbai. When Jayadev goes to Gautami’s office to purchase Kiran’s guest house, he is informed that the seller has moved to Hyderabad and the guest house has been sold. When they emerge, Kiran is discovered by Jayadev, who then pursues her. During the struggle that follows, Kiran defeats Jayadev’s goons by herself. Over drinks with Gautami, Kiran tells her how his father, an honest private bank owner, had allowed him to live a luxurious life until his bank failed to pay the depositors and he was arrested. The bank suffered because the other board of directors gave large sums of money as loans to VIPs who later failed to repay them, the company’s auditor informed Kiran. Despite this, Kiran’s father made an effort to assist by selling the majority of his possessions.

Kiran secured his father’s release on bond and pledged to resolve the outstanding payments. They met with RBI official Janakiram for financial assistance, and he demanded a bribe of ₹4 crore. In order to receive payment for the guest house in six months, Kiran travelled to Mumbai. After a vicious fight between Kiran and Sona’s goons, Kiran receives an injection of a sedative that will put him to sleep in four minutes. After using homemade weapons to kill everyone in three minutes, Kiran flees with Gautami and later tells her everything about Sona. Kiran beats up Seth’s men and tells him to pay the money within the next 30 minutes after Seth, the guest house’s owner, tells her he doesn’t want it anymore.At the beach, where Kiran and Gautami are waiting for him, Sona’s nephew shows up and says Seth isn’t going to pay him.

Kiran requests Gautami to make arrangements for a new buyer after realising Seth has left because he fears being killed by Sona. Then, he meets Sona’s nephew, who informs him that Kiran is the only way to kill Sona at this point because Sona will always be a threat to him. After a fight breaks out, Kiran beats everyone up but spares Sona’s nephew because he had previously assisted him. After speaking with his father, Kiran finds out that Mumbai-based Jayadev Investments is prepared to contribute ₹200 crore to their bank. When Kiran finds out that Sona called his father and offered to pay him in exchange for his heart, she is taken aback. Kiran requests some time to consider it. But Jayadev destroys her office with vandalism and orders her to tell Kiran that Sona would give him ₹200 crore.
