Biography:

A. Mohan, widely recognized as Editor Mohan and born Mohammed Jinnah Abdul Khader, is an Indian film editor who has transitioned into roles as a screenwriter, producer, and distributor, gaining acclaim for his contributions to Telugu and Tamil language films. He is the proprietor of the production companies M. M. Movie Arts and M. L. Movie Arts.

Editor Mohan, originally named Mohammed Jinnah Abdul Khader, hails from a Tamil Rowther family in Tirumangalam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and is married to Varalakshmi Mohan. The couple has two sons; Mohan Raja, the elder son, is a renowned film director, often featuring his younger son, Jayam Ravi, in leading roles. Their daughter, Roja, pursues a career as a dentist.

Commencing his professional journey as an editor, Mohan has contributed to around 200 films. Additionally, he has delved into production, spearheading 10 Telugu films, 5 Tamil films, and overseeing the dubbing of 60 films from Telugu to Tamil.
