Indian film director Chandra Sekhar Yeleti was born on March 4, 1973, and is best known for his Telugu filmography.With the Neo-noir crime film Aithe, he made his directorial debut. The film won both the Nandi Award for Best Story and the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu.Anukokunda Oka Roju, a different neo-noir movie, won two State Nandi Awards, including Best Screenplay for Yeleti.
He was employed by his cousin Gangaraju Gunnam as an assistant director for Little Soldiers. He was the director of the Amrutham TV series’ first ten episodes.
Following a stint as an assistant director, Chandra Sekhar Yeleti made his feature film debut with “Aithe,” a low-budget production. The movie, which had a budget of approximately ₹ 1.5 crores, did well at the box office, earning a total of 6 crore rupees. He made “Anukokunda Oka Roju,” his next film, after nearly two years. Venkat Dega and Gunnam Gangaraju produced both films. Two years later, he directed “Okkadunnadu,” his third film featuring Gopichand in the lead role.Manchu Manoj starred in Yeleti’s fourth feature film, “Prayanam,” which he directed in 2009. Yeleti and Gopichand reunited for the adventure film Sahasam, which was released four years later.
When Yeleti first met Mohanlal in October 2015, she told him a story about a family member. The Telugu drama thriller Manamantha, starring Gautami, Viswant Duddumpudi, Nassar, Chandra Mohan, Vennela Kishore, Gollapudi Maruti Rao, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Brahmaji, L. B. Sriram, and Ayappa P. Sharma, was approved by Mohanlal. Yeleti then began production on the project. When it was released on August 5, 2016, the film garnered favourable reviews from both reviewers and audiences.
