Story:

Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira, which translates to “Galloping Horse, Jumping Horse,” is an absurdist black comedy film that was written and directed by Althaf Salim in the Malayalam language in 2025. It features Vinay Forrt, Suresh Krishna, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Revathi Pillai, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Lal, and Fahadh Faasil. Ashiq Usman, through Ashiq Usman Productions, produced it. The film’s music was composed by Justin Varghese. On August 29, 2025, the movie was released, and both critics and viewers gave it bad reviews. At the box office, it was a hit.

A young man named Aby works in a showroom for furniture. He meets Nidhi one day, and after falling in love, they become engaged to one another. Nidhi visits his home at midnight on the eve of their wedding and informs him that she had a dream about him riding a white horse. She then instructs him to ride a white horse to the wedding. Everything proceeds as planned, and the following day, Aby rides a white horse to the wedding. However, his buddy Anuraj informs him that the horse is a little odd and cunning, which makes him extremely upset, and that the horse caused Aby to fall to the ground, putting him in a coma. After almost three hundred days, he awakens, and the story takes unforeseen turns. The remainder of the film depicts the reunion and marriage of Aby and Nidhi.
