Sudheer Karamana

Biography:

Sudheer Karamana, born on May 24, 1971, is an Indian actor known primarily for his work in Malayalam cinema. He is the son of renowned actor Karamana Janardanan Nair.

Born and raised in Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Sudheer is the eldest among his siblings, with two brothers named Sunil and Sujay. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya Pattom and later pursued a degree in Geography from the University College Thiruvananthapuram. Additionally, he obtained a Bachelor of Education from the Government College of Teacher Education, Thiruvananthapuram.

After completing his education, Sudheer initially worked at the Centre for Earth Science Studies in Thiruvananthapuram. He then ventured into the field of education, serving as a teacher at various institutions, including Christ Nagar School, Thiruvananthapuram, and M.E.S Indian School in Qatar. In 1998, he returned from Qatar and began teaching at Govt Girl’s Higher Secondary School, Venganoor, where he eventually became the principal in 2003. He held this position for 13 years.

Sudheer is married to a school teacher at Sasthamangalam Higher Secondary School, and the couple is blessed with a son and a daughter. They reside in Thiruvananthapuram.

Despite his successful career in education, Sudheer also found his passion in acting and ventured into Malayalam cinema, where he has made a significant mark with his performances.
