TheatreVikarnan Ashok, a debutant, is the writer and director of the 2025 Indian Tamil-language action thriller Mask. Kavin and Andrea Jeremiah play the main parts in the film, which is co-produced by Black Madras Films and The Show Must Go On.
Prior to its introduction in May 2024, the movie, which was presented by Vetrimaaran’s Grass Root picture Company, was referred to as Kavin 07 because it is the actor’s seventh feature picture as the lead. In addition to the project announcement, the official title was disclosed. In the same month, principal photography got underway. It is now nearing completion and is mostly being filmed in Chennai. G. V. Prakash Kumar wrote the music for the movie, R. D. Rajasekhar handled the cinematography, and R. Ramar edited it. On November 21, 2025, Mask debuted in cinemas.
