Story:

The love comedy Malli Modalaindi, which was released in 2022 in Telugu, was produced and directed by K. Rajashekhar Reddy and TG Keerthi Kumar. Sumanth and Naina Ganguly play the key parts in the movie. Anup Rubens wrote the soundtrack, and Pradeep E. Ragav handled the editing. On February 11, 2022, it was directly released on ZEE5, where it received unfavorable reviews from reviewers.

Plot
As a chef by trade, Vikram is a self-centered man with a rocky marriage to Nisha. He can no longer stand the anguish and was unable to spend time with his wife. Vikram supports Nisha when she files for divorce. Following the divorce, Vikram develops feelings for Nisha’s attorney Pavithra.

He uses the services of Reset, a divorcee-focused dating portal, which is Pavithra’s new business. As they spend time together, Vikram and Pavithra gradually grow to love one another. In an attempt to be married, Pavithra presents Vikram to her parents. However, Vikram passes out right then and is taken to the hospital.

Even now, Vikram believes he is not ready for another marriage. He tells Pavithra about his marital issues that he had with Nisha. He is reassured by Pavithra that she won’t rush their relationship and that they will tie the knot when he is ready. Subsequently, Nisha informs Vikram that she is getting married shortly. Vikram shows up for her appointment.

Pavithra witnesses Vikram’s friend Vaishnavi kissing him and telling him she wants to be with him throughout the wedding. It doesn’t take long for Vikram to recognize that Pavithra is the one for him. Vaishnavi, however, reconciles with her ex-boyfriend because she is furious with Vikram.

Sending Vikram a video, Pavithra informs him that she is going through a register marriage. When Vikram rushes to the marriage registration to cancel the wedding, it turns out—in a funny twist of events—that Pavithra was only pulling a practical joke on him to see if he was ready to get married again. Following their mutual reconciliation, the couple gets married at the register and goes on to lead happy lives together.
