Karuppu

Story:

RJ Balaji is the director of the upcoming Tamil & Telugu-language action drama film Karuppu, which he co-wrote with Ashwin Ravichandran, Rahul Raj, T. S. Gopi Krishnan, and Karan Aravind Kumar. Suriya and Trisha Krishnan star in the Dream Warrior Pictures-produced movie, which also features Indrans, Natty Subramaniam, Swasika, Sshivada, Supreeth Reddy, and Yogi Babu.

Since it is the actor’s 45th feature in a main role, the movie was formally announced in October 2024 with the provisional title Suriya 45. In Pollachi, principal photography started the next month. In June 2025, the official title was revealed. Sai Abhyankkar created the film’s music, G. K. Vishnu handled the cinematography, and R. Kalaivanan edited it.
