S. R. Prakashbabu

Biography:

S.R. Prakashbabu, an Indian film producer, was born on January 1, 1984, in Sundakkampalayam, Tamil Nadu, India. He is primarily associated with the Tamil and Telugu film industries. Notably, S R Prakashbabu has gained recognition for his production work in movies like “Joker” (2016), “Theeran Adhigaram Ondru” (2017), and “Kaithi” (2019). Additionally, he is set to produce an upcoming Indian Tamil film titled “Japan” (2023). S R Prakashbabu comes from a Hindu family and has a brother named S R Prabhu, who is also an Indian film producer.

Prakashbabu commenced his career as an executive producer at Studio Green in 2006. During this time, he was recognized for his contributions to movies such as “All in All Azhagu Raja” (2013), “Biriyani” (2013), “Madras” (2014), and “Komban” (2015). Concurrently, he and his brother S. R. co-founded their own production company called Dream Warrior Pictures.
