Karathey Babu

Story:

Ganesh K. Babu is the director of the upcoming Tamil-language political action thriller Karathey Babu (also known as Kararate Babu), which is being produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment. Ravi Mohan plays the title role in the movie, which also stars Shakthi Vasudevan, K.S. Ravikumar, Nassar, and Daudee S. Jiwal, who is making her acting debut.

Since it is Ravi’s 34th film as the lead actor, the film was first announced in October 2024 under the provisional title #JR34. The official title was revealed in January 2025. In December 2024, principal photography got underway. Sam C. S. wrote the film’s music, Ezhil Arasu K. handled the cinematography, and Kathiresh Alagesan edited it. ZEE5 is scheduled to release it.
