PLOT
Business tycoon Raghunandan, who is confined to a wheelchair, confides in his grandson Gautham Nanda that he wants to patch up his relationship with his exiled daughter Sunanda after she wed Rajashekar without his permission. Gautham takes a plane to Hyderabad, India with the goal of persuading Sunanda to reconcile with Raghunandan before the latter turns 80. Then, after winning Rajashekar’s trust, Gautham tells him, Sunanda, and the others that he was a driver in Dubai named Siddhartha nicknamed Siddhu who had been fired from his work. Rajashekar had a heart attack midway through their pursuit of him. Sunanda hires Gautham as their driver on Rajashekar’s request, and he befriends both Sunanda’s eldest daughter and his cross-cousin Prameela, with whom he flirts. Sunanda’s second daughter Shashi, on the other hand, suspects Gautham and his friend Paddu, Rajashekar’s nurse who is aware of Gautham’s background.
While Sunanda reveals to Gautham that she is aware of who he is and warns him against doing anything with an intent to take her back to Raghunandan—whom she refuses to forgive—as the latter shot Rajashekar in the arm when they got married after eloping—Gautham saves Prameela from a man who appears to be a kidnapper. Prameela reveals that she was attempting to flee with Rohan, whom Gautham mistakenly believed to be the kidnapper, after Gautham stops her from committing herself. Prameela begs Gautham to bring Rohan to her because the next day he must wed Neelamani, the daughter of a ferocious factionist named Siddhappa Naidu. Gautham complies with her request. For Rohan, Gautham and Paddu travel to Siddhappa’s hamlet, but Shashi fears they have stolen something and unintentionally gets into their jeep, going into amnesia and losing all memory of who she is. In the interim, Gautham introduces himself as the man she fled with after her mother forbade their wedding.
When Siddhappa, his younger son, and henchmen pursue Gautham and Paddu while they are carrying Rohan, Shashi loses her memories during the ensuing struggle. Despite the fact that Gautham vanquishes Siddhappa’s goons and captures Rohan, Siddhappa confronts Rajashekar and Sunanda and demands restitution for the harm done to her daughter and their reputation. Sunanda proposes to marry Shashi to Siddhappa’s oldest son after realizing his virtue. Rajashekar fires Gautham to prevent future issues with Siddhappa’s family. Shashi tells Gautham she has been in love with him, and her cousin overhears the confession. An influential NRI named Baddham Bhaskar, who is also Siddhappa’s nephew, is invited to Sunanda’s home as a guest. Sunanda tells her assistant Murthy that Bhaskar served as Murthy’s assistant before Murthy fled after stealing $25,000 that was intended for Uganda, where he purchased a plot of land to cultivate but became wealthy after discovering diamonds there.
With the help of Bhaskar, who joins him as his assistant and has a weakness for ladies and a desire to wed Shashi, Gautham lures him into Sunanda’s house. Gautham, who takes Shashi to the train station for what appears to be an elopement to Chennai, thwarts Bhaskar’s attempts to court Shashi. After hearing from Shashi’s cousin that she is in love with Gautham, Siddhappa’s men show up at the station, but Gautham beats them up, and Shashi recognises his true identity and motivations. Gautham had left the train station using his influence when Rajashekar and his family arrive, and Rajashekar makes an attempt to shoot Gautham.Gautham questions why Raghunandan is still shooting Rajashekar today if he was wrong to do so at the time. After Sunanda left with Rajashekar, Raghunandan attempted to shoot himself out of guilt, but his father Hari resisted, and in the ensuing struggle, Raghunandan unintentionally shot and killed Gautham’s mother Pooja. Despite this, neither Gautham nor his father held Raghunandan responsible because they knew he could never make a mistake.
Rajashekar and Sunanda chose to make amends with their father after realising their error and withdrawing their resentment towards Gautham and his family. Four of Bhaskar’s men are used to kidnap Shashi as he swears vengeance, but Gautham and Paddu step in and make amends with Shashi after the latter was unhappy with Bhaskar for being obnoxious about the truth. Bhaskar believes that the Ugandan government has taken his riches, leaving him with only $25,000 remaining. When Sunanda and her family arrive in Milan, the board unanimously elects Gautham as the new CEO while Sunanda stands behind Raghunandan and suggests their reconciliation to Sunanda’s father. As the family dines together and Raghunandan holds Gautham’s hand, Bhaskar returns to his role as Sunanda’s helper.
