Vijayalakshmi (Kannada actress), an Indian actress prominent in Kannada and Tamil films, earned the Filmfare Award for Best Actress in Kannada in 1997 for her debut in “Nagamandala.”

Born in Madras (now Chennai) and educated in Bangalore, she faced personal challenges, including a reported suicide attempt in 2006 due to harassment.

Despite overcoming these difficulties, an engagement to actor Srujan Lokesh ended abruptly.

In 2020, she accused Seeman of cheating and not fulfilling promises. Allegedly harassed, she attempted suicide again in July 2020.
