Veekshanam

Story:

Through his window, an inquisitive young man in a gated enclave sees a deadly girl performing horrible acts. Since there is no concrete proof that she exists, he has to stop her in order to save his ex-girlfriend, whose life is now in jeopardy.

Arvin has a degree in engineering. Using binoculars, he and his companion used to observe the nearby houses while he was unemployed. He fell in love with one of his neighbors, Neha, during one such watch. He was able to win her over after multiple tries. After a brief altercation, Arvin turned away from her and carried on with his regular watcher duties.

He was using his binoculars to observe his neighborhood when he noticed a girl bringing someone inside her home every day. When Arvin went to her home after having suspicions about her activities, he discovered that she had killed those individuals. But he finds out that the girl who killed her guests had passed just a few months ago.
