Story:

Taali is a biographical drama about the incredible life of a transgender rights activist named Shreegauri Sawant. The series follows the story of how she transforms from Ganesh Sawant- a little boy fighting discrimination and rejection – to become one of the most important figures for the transgender community in India. In spite of many hardships and challenges in her life, Shreegauri becomes an ardent activist who strives for respect, legal status, and equality for the transgender community and raises a little girl as her daughter.
