TheatreYakub Ali is the writer and director of the 2017 Telugu-language romantic drama film Vellipomakey, which translates to “Don’t go away.” Nithyasree Reddy and debutante Vishwak Sen are the film’s stars.
Chandu is a Warangal-born animator. While the majority of his pals are in relationships, he is single. His coworker Shruthi and him collaborate on a project together. Shuthi turns Chandu down before he even asks her out. Later, Swetha sends him a friend request. Chandu’s life is greatly impacted by Swetha: he feels cut off from both his friends and his job. When Swetha disappears and Chandu becomes anxious, things run completely out of control. After looking about, he finds a school building where Chandu meets a man who happens to be Swetha’s cousin and tells him that that Swetha moved out of her house and stays with her grandmother’s because she is so frustrated with her parents’ actions.
Subsequently, Swetha develops feelings for a man who betrays her by having an affair with another woman, and Swetha takes a long time to recover. She chooses strangers for love in order to be happy, and her cousin doesn’t protest because she is content for a while after spending some special months with them. Chandu requests that her cousin give Swetha a call once so they can meet, but she refuses. With a tactful explanation to his parents, Chandu ends his friend’s romantic relationship and departs the house in a melancholy mood.
