Phone Bhoot

Story:

“Phone Bhoot” is a supernatural comedy film in Hindi directed by Gurmmeet Singh and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the Excel Entertainment banner.

The cast includes Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khattar, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Jackie Shroff. The music for the film’s songs is composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Rochak Kohli, Mikey McCleary, and Roy, while the background score is by John Stewart Eduri.

The plot follows two young men who, inspired by childhood stories, start a business capturing ghosts. However, their venture takes a dangerous turn when they must fulfill a promise to a poltergeist.

The movie was released theatrically on November 4, 2022, and received a mixed response from critics. It garnered four nominations and includes several references to the cult classic “Jaani Dushman” (1979).
