Tony works as a freelance hitman and will do anything for money. He meets Niharika during a terror attack in Kashmir, where they manage to escape, and Tony falls in love with her, but Niharika abandons Tony without knowing or listening to his sentiments. Niharika is staying with her friend Chitra when Tony comes to tell her that he loves her and thought she loved him when they fled Kashmir.
Niharika informs him that she is already engaged to Rakesh and will soon marry him. However, Niharika is unaware that Rakesh is an arms smuggler as well as the minister’s son. Rakesh invites Tony to meet him, but Tony phones Niharika and instructs her to hide and listen in on their chat. Rakesh is overheard telling Niharika that if she does not marry him, he will kill her and anyone she marries. Niharika discovers Rakesh’s true identity and abandons him.
She also realises she is in love with Tony and contacts him, but she is unaware of Tony’s true occupation. Rakesh and Irfan Bhai, the younger brother of Dubai-based mobster Ajju Bhai, kidnap Tony. He murders Irfan, Rakesh, and his father, putting him on the radar of Ajju Bhai’s gang and the police. When Tony, Niharika, and Chitra depart to attend religious services at a temple, Chitra witnesses Tony murdering DCP Vikram Sinha, the case’s in-charge.
Tony tells Chitra that he knew Niharika before rescuing her in Kashmir. He reveals that his father was a gangster in Bombay who, on his deathbed, told him to do something good that people would remember long after he died. He also reveals that Niharika’s brother Surya was an undercover cop in the Ajju Bhai gang and that the superior officer was Vikram Sinha, who had double-crossed Surya by revealing his true identity to Ajju Bhai, who killed him and his family.
In the news, Surya is referred to as a traitor. Niharika was the sole survivor of the assassination, although she is suffering from a bullet lodged in her head. She begins to lose her memories as a result of the bullet trapped in her body. When Tony first met Niharika, she begged him to take everything, even her self-respect. Tony tells Niharika that Surya’s death and innocence will be avenged. Niharika recognizes one person and then forgets about them.
Tony has been murdering everyone for Niharika, but she has lost her memory and is unable to recall anything. Tony asks Chitra not to tell Niharika about her background, and Niharika realises Tony is doing the right thing. When Chitra refuses to reveal Tony’s identity, Ajju Bhai murders her and blames Tony for her death. Tony kills Ajju Bhai’s group, and Niharika comes, revealing to Tony that Ajju Bhai murdered Chitra and instructing him to revenge her death (Before dying, Chitra discloses to Niharika that Ajju Bhai is responsible for her death). Tony murders Ajju Bhai after revealing Niharika’s family and identity. Finally, Tony establishes Surya’s identity as a cop to the rest of the world and reunites with Niharika.
The film’s production began on March 3, 2011 in Gandipet. Filming took place in Hyderabad, Switzerland, Bangkok, Pattaya, Italy, and France.
