Story:

“Maestro,” a 2021 Indian Telugu-language black comedy thriller directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, boasts a star-studded cast including Nithiin, Tamannaah Bhatia, Nabha Natesh, and Jisshu Sengupta. A remake of the 2018 Hindi film “Andhadhun,” the story revolves around a blind piano player inadvertently entangled in the murder of a former actor.

Filming, which commenced in December 2020 and concluded in June 2021, spanned locations such as Hyderabad, Goa, and Dubai. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film opted for a direct-to-streaming release on Disney+ Hotstar on September 17, 2021.

The plot unfolds as Arun, a blind pianist, encounters unexpected events in Goa. He stumbles upon a murder scene involving Simran, her lover Bobby, and her deceased husband Mohan. Arun’s feigned blindness becomes pivotal as he navigates a complex web of deception, murder, and betrayal. The narrative takes unexpected turns as Arun uncovers the truth, balancing conflicting emotions and the desire to protect those he cares about.
