Racha Ravi

Biography:

Racha Ravi is from the state of Telangana. With the 2013 movie “Veyyi Abdagalu,” Ravi, who rose to fame through the program Jabardast, made his film debut.

On July 27, 1982, Ravi was born in Hanmakonda, Telangana State. S.V.S. attended Vidyanikethan High School in Hanmakonda and completed an intermediate course there. His education was completed at Kakatiya University.

Since he was young, he has enjoyed watching movies, and he wanted to demonstrate his talent by entering the film business. On Doordarshan, he used to watch Charlie Chaplin films. Vinayaka developed a taste for the traditional performances held in Chaviti mantaps, such as Harikathas and Burrakathas. He picked up mimicking and practiced it on numerous venues.

Ravi went to Hyderabad with some money given by his younger sister and performed on TV for the first time with the program ‘Oncemore Please’ organized by Gemini TV . At this time, he tried in films and did not get the right opportunities, so he left for Warangal. There he joined Warangal Municipal Corporation and for some time worked under IAS Smita Sabharwal. After that he left the municipal job and went to Dubai and worked as a radio jockey. In it, he performed programs in the Telangana dialect under the name ‘Navvula Nallabalu’ and got great popularity. Later he came to Hyderabad.

Film director Krish’s father worked in the directorial department for the serials ‘Puthadi Bomma’ and ‘Shikharam’ produced by Saibaba. He was selected in the auditions held at Chammak Chandra’s house for the program Jabardast . He acted in many skits in Jabardast program. While working in Jabardasth, he got an opportunity in films.
