Plot
After Bangarraju leaves Yamlok, he is informed that Swarga is now his new home because of his good deeds while he was here on Earth. Seetha bears a child after a few months with Ramu, but she passes away soon after. In the meantime, Ramesh, Sathyabhama’s cousin, names their child Naga Lakshmi, and the couple decides to get them both married in the future. Sathyabhama and Ramu adopt the child and name him Bangarraju. On the other hand, Ramu chooses to leave his child with Satyabhama because of his busy work schedule.
Growing up, Bangarraju experiences conflicts with Naga Lakshmi and possesses many of the same traits as his grandfather. When Satyabhama discovers Bangarraju with a girl in one such case, she suffers a heart attack and passes away. Then, while flirting with the apsaras, she discovers Bankeraja’s soul in Swarga, and Bankeraja is shocked to see her go this early.
Then, they witness Bangarraju as an adult, having grown into the same man as his grandfather, while Naga Lakshmi attempts to succeed her father as the village sarpanch. Bankeraja and Satyabhama request permission from Yamraj and Devraj Indra to return to Earth in order to reconcile with Bangarraju and Naga Lakshmi, who are engaged in a bitter feud. Bangarraju assists Ramesh in resolving a dispute he has with a friend’s land while fending off vicious goons.
At a temple pooja, the henchmen return and attempt to kill Bangarraju. As a result, Naga Lakshmi becomes enraged and slaps Bangarraju. Then, it is discovered that Bangarraju’s cousin Aadi has been plotting to have Bangarraju killed because they are aware that the latter’s family has been guarding a temple that contains rare stones at its base, and that in order to obtain the stones, they must kill the family.
In the meantime, Bankeraja makes an effort to win Naga Lakshmi over to Bangarraju, and she succeeds. In an unexpected turn of events, it is discovered that Aadi’s father Sampath is still alive and has been pursuing revenge on the family for the deaths of his grandfather and father. Bankeraja is able to make Bangarraju and Naga Lakshmi fall in love at the same time. Sampath, on the other hand, informs Aadi that he believes Bankeraja’s soul killed his father and grandfather and that Bangarraju’s soul has returned.
Sampath intends to use this to obtain a ring that will be worn by Bangarraju during their engagement, preventing Bankeraja’s soul from penetrating his body. Then, it comes to light that Ramesh was also aware of this scheme from the beginning and that he intends for Bangarraju to be killed in order to obtain the stones and possibly marry his daughter Aadi.
With this knowledge, Bankeraja and Satyabhama attempt in vain to spare Bangarraju from death; however, in the end, Aadi kidnaps him and takes him to Sampath and Ramesh for execution. Sensing that Bangarraju is about to die, the celestial serpent from the previous movie lands on Ramu’s vehicle. Bankeraja senses this and enters Ramu’s body to battle Sampath, Ramesh, and Aadi.
When Bangarraju comes to, the ring is taken out of his hand and Bankeraja is able to enter his body as well. After Sampath and Aadi are killed by Bangarraju and Ramu, they intend to kill Ramesh as well, but they decide not to tell Naga Lakshmi the truth after they see her. At a pooja alter, Yamraj and Devraj Indra erect a barrier that permits Bangarraju and Ramu to see and touch Bankeraja and Satyabhama.
Bangarraju and Naga Lakshmi get married. When Bangarraju sees Satyabhama, he begs her to never leave him again and talks about how he lived with sadness after her death. Ramu claims that seeing Bankeraja for the first time has given him a sense of bravery. In response, Bankeraja says that because Ramu is always focused on his work, he needs to be a better father to Bangarraju and not ignore his son. Following an emotional union, the souls of Bankeraja and Satyabhama are united with Lord Shiva, as their karma has been fulfilled.
