Story:

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is a Hindi-language musical romantic drama film directed, produced, and written by Karan Johar under his Dharma Productions banner. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, and Aishwarya Rai, with special appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Fawad Khan. The blockbuster soundtrack was composed by Pritam, featuring lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and vocals by Arijit Singh.

The storyline follows Alizeh, a resilient woman recovering from a breakup, and Ayan, a budding musician, who meet in New York and forge a profound connection. Their journey together unfolds with themes of love, heartbreak, and the realities of life.

At the 62nd Filmfare Awards, “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” secured 9 nominations, tying with “Udta Punjab,” and won 4 awards, including Best Music Director for Pritam, Best Lyricist for Bhattacharya for “Channa Mereya”, and Best Male Playback Singer for Arijit Singh for “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”.
