Story:

Thank You is a romantic drama film released in 2022 in Telugu by Indian director Vikram Kumar. B. V. S. Ravi wrote the story for the film. Dil Raju and Sirish produce it under the Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Starring in the movie with Naga Chaitanya are Sai Sushanth Reddy, Malavika Nair, Avika Gor, and Raashii Khanna. The movie Thank You opened in theaters on July 22, 2022. The movie bombed at the box office after receiving unfavorable reviews from critics.

Plot
Priya finds out she is pregnant while she is in New York, which upsets her. Talking to Aunt Sailaja, a family friend, she discusses her relationship with her live-in boyfriend, Abhi. Through a consulting firm run by Sailaja’s husband Rao, Abhi travels to New York from India in 2011 and meets Priya. He creates the Ydhya app, which uses artificial intelligence to diagnose any kind of injury or illness.

Abhi perseveres and convinces a group of investors to consider Ydhya. Rao declines to give him money, so Priya gives Abhi $15,000 to launch a company and hire programmers. Over the next ten years, Ydhya expands globally.

After falling in love, Abhi and Priya move in together. But as a result of his tremendous success, Abhi eventually develops egotism and self-centeredness, which strains his relationships with everyone. As Abhi gets further away from her, Priya declines to marry him. Right now, Sailaja advises Priya to inform Abhi of her pregnancy so he can have a chance to change. In the meantime, Rao finds it difficult to place the sixty clients he has helped place before their visas expire and his business incurs debt.

As a last resort, Rao tries to meet Abhi, but Abhi icily declines to hire them as payback for Rao’s denial of startup funding. Priya ends her relationship with Abhi as a result, and Rao passes away from cardiac arrest. After that, one of Abhi’s investors calls to tells him that Rao persuaded him to put money into Ydhya. Anguished Abhi suffers a panic attack that awakens his latent conscience. Abhi’s conscience advises him to go back and consider all the people who have contributed to his success thus far.

In 2003, 18-year-old Abhi from Narayanapuram is a promising hockey player and an outstanding student. After winning a boat race, the village chief, Narayana Rao, funds his further education. Additionally, Abhi grows fond of Parvathi, also known as Paaru, the daughter of Narayana Rao, whom he attempts to assist in getting into culinary school. Upon discovering their romantic relationship, Narayana Rao intimidates Abhi’s mother, threatening to take her son and flee the village. Paaru declines Abhi’s invitation to accompany him, telling him to never give up on his ambitions.

Abhi meets up with Paaru in the present, who is married, has two daughters, and owns her own cooking channel. Finally, he expresses gratitude to Paaru for leaving him that day so he could move on to pursue his aspirations and future academic endeavors. He aids Narayana Rao in making amends with Paaru as well. When Abhi calls Priya, she says no, saying she’s going to have an abortion against Sailaja’s wishes. It is Abhi’s conscience that tells him to meet Sharva, his rival in college.

Field hockey is the source of Abhi and Sharva’s intense three-year rivalry in Visakhapatnam in 2006. But Abhi starts to get along with Sharva’s sister Chinnu like a brother, and she tries to put an end to their animosity. In order for Abhi to be chosen for the Railways, she surreptitiously assists Abhi in defeating Sharva in a hockey match. After their graduation, a furious Sharva drags Abhi to the ice hockey rink where his gang severely beats him. Abhi manages to flee on a train, but his hockey career is cut short due to a broken hand.

Abhi encounters Sharva during his MLA campaign in the present. Six years earlier, an opponent’s car bomb caused Sharva to lose his leg. After expressing regret to Abhi for his behavior, they make up. Reunited with Chinnu, Abhi expresses gratitude to Sharva for hitting him that day, saying that Ydhya was inspired by his broken hand.

After returning to New York, Abhi makes apologies by hiring the sixty individuals from Rao’s consulting business at Ydhya, bringing back on board the staff members who contributed to his early success, releasing the app for free, and stepping down as CEO. When Priya finds Abhi at the airport, he is employed by Rao’s consultancy after learning about his actions during Rao’s funeral. Abhi and Priya make up, and Abhi thanks Priya for supporting him. Priya discloses her pregnancy after deciding to keep their child.
