Radhe Shyam

Story:

Radha Krishna Kumar is the writer and director of the 2022 Indian historical love drama film Radhe Shyam. The Telugu and Hindi versions of the movie, which was produced by UV Creations and T-Series, co-star Prabhas and Pooja Hegde. Additionally, it has supporting performances by Bhagyashree, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Sathyaraj, Jagapathi Babu, Krishnam Raju, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, and Jayaram. The movie, which is set in the 1970s, centers on a young astrologer named Vikramaditya who struggles with his fate and his love for Dr. Prerana.

Sanchit Balhara and Ankit Balhara also contributed to the Hindi version’s score, which was composed by Thaman S for the Telugu version.
Both a Hindi and a Telugu soundtrack are available for the movie. The Hindi songs were written by Mithoon, Amaal Mallik, and Manan Bhardwaj, whereas the Telugu songs were written by Justin Prabhakaran. Manoj Paramahamsa is in charge of the cinematography, and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is in charge of the editing. The movie was filmed in Hyderabad, Italy, and Georgia between October 2018 and July 2021 for its principal photography.

Its release date was originally set for July 30, 2021, but the COVID-19 pandemic caused that to change. On March 11, 2022, Radhe Shyam was released in theaters to mixed reviews, but critics praised the production qualities, music direction, and performances—especially those of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde. The movie became the second-highest-grossing Telugu movie of the year with worldwide box office receipts of 200 crore (US$25 million) to 214 crore (US$27 million).
