Chetan Sosca, originally known as Chetan Krishna, is a notable Indian playback singer and composer recognized for his contributions to Kannada cinema. His musical journey commenced in 2001 with his debut in the movie “Kothigalu Saar Kothigalu,” marking the onset of an illustrious career in the Kannada film industry.

Over the years, Chetan Sosca has made a significant mark in the industry, lending his melodious voice to over a thousand songs in Kannada films. He has collaborated with prominent music composers such as Hamsalekha, Mano Murthy, Hari Krishna, V Manohar, R P Patnaik, and Guru Kiran, showcasing his versatility and musical prowess.

Noteworthy songs like “Janumada Gelathi” from the 2007 film “Cheluvina Chittara” catapulted his career, earning him recognition and subsequent offers in numerous films. His rendition of “Yaare Nee Devatheya” for the movie “Ambaari” in 2009 garnered several prestigious awards, including accolades from Filmfare South Indian Awards, Karnataka State Film Awards, Suvarna Film Awards, Mirchi Music Award South, and South Scope Cine Awards.
