Reema Sen, a former Indian actress and model, was born on October 29, 1981, in Kolkata. She predominantly featured in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films. After finishing high school at St. Thomas Girls School in Kidderpore, Kolkata, her family relocated to Mumbai. In 2012, Reema Sen tied the knot with businessman Shiv Karan Singh, and they welcomed their son, Rudraveer, on February 22, 2013.
In Mumbai, she embarked on her modeling career and participated in numerous advertising campaigns. She later transitioned to the world of cinema, marking her acting debut in the Telugu movie “Chitram,” where she starred opposite Uday Kiran, with whom she later collaborated in “Manasantha Nuvve.” Additionally, she gained recognition for her role in the Tamil film “Minnale” alongside Madhavan, which achieved significant success.
Her initial Hindi film, “Hum Ho Gaye Aapke,” didn’t fare well, leading her to focus on her work in Tamil cinema. Notably, her performance in the Tamil film “Rendu,” once again alongside Madhavan, was met with success. Audiences appreciated her expressions in the movie “Thimiru.” Furthermore, her portrayal of negative characters in “Aayirathil Oruvan” and “Vallavan” garnered high praise from both viewers and critics.
