Born on May 21, 1969, Ram Mohan Paruvu is a Telugu-focused Indian film screenwriter, producer, and director. Sunshine Cinemas, a production company, is owned by him.
Ram Mohan was born in Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh, to a Telugu-speaking family. Under his production business Art Beat Capital, he created Ashta Chamma and Golconda High School. Later, he began working with Sunshine Cinemas, a Telugu film production company founded in April 2012.
Ram Mohan P’s production company, Sunshine Cinemas, aims to produce commercial movies with a family-friendly audience in mind. They currently operate out of Hyderabad and only work with actors, writers, and directors that are just starting out. Through strategic partnerships with major entities, they bring films into production and distribution while keeping narrative at their center and supporting young crews at all stages. The first movie released under the Sunshine Cinemas label is Uyyala Jampala, directed by Ram in 2013.
