Actor Prithvi Rajan is from India and has acted in Tamil movies. Pandiarajan, a seasoned actor, is his father. His first feature film was Kaivantha Kalai (2006), which was directed by his father Pandiarajan and received mediocre reviews from reviewers.
According to one observer, Prithvi Rajan “makes his debut, does a convincing job and has his father’s mannerisms.” His subsequent film, Naalaiya Pozhuthum Unnodu (2007), which starred Karthika Adaikalam in a romantic love story, was released with much less fanfare and did not do well at the box office. The same actress appeared in his subsequent film, Vaidehi (2009), directed by Gemini Raghava.
He was hurt in a fire mishap and sustained burn injuries while filming Padhinettan Kudi Ellai Arambam. The movie had minimal press when it came out in December 2011. Varatti was his ongoing endeavor in 2011 alongside his brother Prem Rajan.
Prithvi Rajan is the second son of actor-director Pandiarajan. His younger brother Prem Rajan is in the cast list of Prithvi’s movie Varatti, while his older brother Pallavarajan once announced a project starring Prithvi called Eliyum Poonaiyum, which never materialized. He played for the Chennai Rhinos in the Celebrity Cricket League and received praise for his on-field exploits.
