Park Gyu-young, born on July 27, 1993, in Busan, South Korea, is a talented actress known for her diverse roles in television and film. She pursued her early education at Busan Foreign Language High School before attending Yonsei University, where she studied in the Department of Clothing and Environment, graduating in 2020.
Her journey into the entertainment industry began in 2015 when she was discovered by JYP Entertainment after appearing on the cover of the college magazine Daehaknaeil. She soon began training as an actress and made her debut in 2016 by starring in Jo Kwon’s music video Crosswalk. Shortly after, she took on supporting roles in several television dramas, including Solomon’s Perjury, Rain or Shine, and The Third Charm, as well as web dramas such as Magic School and Miss Independent Jieun. In 2018, she transitioned to film with Wretches and Love+Sling.
Park continued to build her career with notable supporting roles in Romance Is a Bonus Book and Nokdu Flower in 2019. In the same year, she parted ways with JYP Entertainment and signed with Saram Entertainment, marking a new chapter in her acting journey.
