Indian actor Anjum Batra performs in Bollywood. Since his early years, Anjum Batra, who was born in Abohar, Punjab, has dreamed of being an actor. He enrolled at Punjab University in Chandigarh to get a Master’s degree in acting in order to fulfill his passion. In 2008, when he was working on his master’s degree, he received an unexpected invitation to play Sunil in the film Dev-D. He wasn’t even informed that the audition he was doing was for the same film. The entry into this large industry was made possible by this film.
He began trying out for several parts in the Hindi television and film industries. He was chosen for his debut part in the crime series “Crime Petrol” on Sony Television in 2010. “Luv Shuv Te Chicken Khurana” was the next huge hit in the Bollywood industry. His position as Dalidri—the servant—was adored and highly valued. There has been no turning back since.
He had also done a few Pollywood movies one of which includes The Naughty Jatts and Mahi NRI and a few TV commercials for KBC, L&T, Tata Sky, Muthoot Finance. With his roles in the highly anticipated films ’83, starring Ranveer Singh, and Jersey, starring Shahid Kapoor, which is scheduled for release in 2020, he is eager to make it even greater.
