An Indian writer and director who works in Telugu movies is Muppalaneni Shiva. He has directed films for production companies such as Etharam Films, Ramakrishna Cine Studios, Sravanthi Films, Super Good Films, and Suresh Productions, among others. Taj Mahal, Gilli Kajjalu, Priya O Priya, Ammayi Kosam, Raja, Sandade Sandadi, and Sankrathi are some of his well-known films.
On November 25, 1968, Muppalaneni Shiva was born in Bapatla, in the Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. He attended Pamidi Ankamma High School in Narasaya Palem, his hometown. At Arts & Science College of Bapatla, he earned his degree. He was a talented painter in college and won state-level prizes for modern art.
He began his career working with Paruchuri Brothers, Muthyala Subbaiah, and A. Kodandarami Reddy. Under the leadership of A. Kodanda Rami Reddy, he contributed to over 20 films. Top actors Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Krishna, Sobhan Babu, Krishnam Raju, Srikanth, Chiranjeevi, Kamal Haasan, and Sridevi were among those he collaborated with at the time. He had the opportunity to direct Gharana Alludu, a movie starring Superstar Krishna, in 1994. In 1995, he finally got a big break with Srikanth in the Taj Mahal movie, which was produced by Suresh Productions.
